Senior Real Estate Agent | Marbella | High Value Sales

We are looking for an experienced agent to join Roccabox Property Group in Nueva Andalucía.

This role is for someone who already understands how to handle clients, manage deals and operate in a fast moving environment.

You know what a good lead looks like. You know how to control a deal. You don't need to be micromanaged.

The Role

You will be working with qualified buyers, handling viewings, managing negotiations and driving transactions through to completion.

You will also play a key part in maintaining standards across deals and client experience.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in real estate or a strong sales background
- Confident handling high value clients
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Organised and consistent in follow up
- Fluent English, additional languages are valuable
- Driving licence
