# HR Generalist Advanced EnglishBarcelona, BarcelonaSalario35.000€ - 35.000€ bruto/añoSalario35.000€ - 35.000€ bruto/añoDescripción del empleoWe are looking for a dedicated, versatile and hands-on HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Barcelona!In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR activities within the team as part of the different initiatives that are implemented at a corporate level.This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a integral environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of our company.The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with relevant experience in managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle, as well as in broader HR processes; and with a stronginterest in growing across the full HR function.Tasks:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop different recruitment strategies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.- Manage onboarding activities for new hires in collaboration with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.



((handling candidates paperwork & induction programs).- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support a scalable and compliant HR infrastructure at a corporate and local level.-Support the design and implementation of HR engagement activities that promote a positive and inclusive workplace aligned with the company culture.-Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs across teams.
