Our client is a well-established and successful property development company and is now offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Consultant to join their friendly team. The role includes liaising withexternal agents, coordinating viewings and presenting exclusive developments to external agents and clients.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Sales Manager with viewings and presentationsat the main office and on site as required- Supportmarketing team through assisting with digital content initiatives.- Network with agents and collaborators to promote and sell developmentsRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in new development or off-plan sales.- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support marketing initiatives- Positive, team-oriented, and a can do attitude with a strong sense of initiative- Driving license and carPackageExciting role working on exclusive new developments with an initial retainer and excellent commission structure.Working hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm#J-18808-Ljbffr
