- Lead and improve incident management processes and escalations
- Design and implement application monitoring to meet reliability targets
- Define service level indicators and objectives with stakeholders
- Architect and deploy reliable, scalable systems across Linux, networking, storage, and hyperscaler clouds
- Work with open-source tooling and modern automation (CI/CD, IaC) to enhance operations




- Identify and mitigate operational issues to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate across DevSecOps, development, and operations teams to align on reliability goals
- Drive continuous improvement and innovative tooling in production environmentsResponsabilidades
- At least 5 years in operational management including incident management and escalations
- Experience designing and implementing monitoring for reliability and performance
- Experience defining SLOs/SLIs with cross-functional teams
- Enterprise environment skills: Linux (RHEL preferred), networking, storage, hyperscaler cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
