- Experience with 1+ full S/4 HANA Finance implementation
- 2+ years of people management experience

- Proficiency with cloud-based delivery (SaaS) and SDLC
- Strong business case/value management and project governance
- Experience with software validation in regulated environments
- Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
