Responsibilities

- Manage and process new and ongoing claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms and regulations.
- Handle complex calls and claims, providing expert support and resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations and resolving any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, external advisors, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.
- Conduct administrative activities such as document indexing, email management, and data reconciliation to maintain system accuracy.
- Identify operational issues proactively and escalate them through established processes to prevent delays.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, perform deep-dive analysis, and handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, internal controls,



and quality standards.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational smoothness.

Qualifications

- Languages: Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
- Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles managing life, disability, or unemployment claims.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Education: Technical degree or higher.
- Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, team player, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality and regulatory compliance.
