Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead supply operations across key cities, owning performance improvements for customer and courier experiences. You will combine analytics, operations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive best-in-class delivery times and efficiency. You’ll shape projects with data-driven decisions and coordinate with local and HQ teams to turn insights into scalable actions. This is a senior, impact-focused position within Glovo’s Operations team, offering exposure to diverse markets and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades
• ~2 years experience in high-growth tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization or across multiple countries (bonus)
