In this role you will drive end-to-end delivery of transformation projects within Sompo International’s Europe-focused Operations team. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, oversee planning and execution, and implement governance and change-management practices. You will help optimize processes, support regulatory initiatives, and deliver value through cross-functional collaboration.
