What you do

- Analyze and document business requirements,



user needs and technical constraints for complex digital platforms and applications.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to align business and technical perspectives.
- Work closely with product owners, designers, developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
- Support agile teams by refining backlogs, clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from initial concept through development, testing and delivery.

What you bring along

- Several years of experience working as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Analyst in digital or software projects.
- Strong experience translating business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
- Experience working in agile product or development teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and processes.
- Experience with digital platforms, web applications or enterprise systems.
- Very good English skills. German/Spanish is a plus.
