In this role you will provide end-to-end financial oversight across study delivery, internal operations, and strategic planning. You will partner with Cronos leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance to drive accurate revenue recognition, cost discipline, and strong governance in support of growth. You’ll act as a financial partner within clinical trial delivery, helping teams bring studies to market faster. You will shape budgeting, pricing, and resourcing decisions to enable impactful, data-driven outcomes.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Provide financial insight to Cronos leadership to guide resourcing, investments, and priorities• Coordinate with Sales Ops, Delivery, Resource Management, and Finance Partners to align financials across the study lifecycle• Manage internal and non-billable budgets, track actuals vs. plan, and flag variances and risks• Advise on time-coding strategy (billable vs. non-billable) for transparency and cost recovery• Support accruals, expense planning, and year-end close for accurate reporting• Analyze utilization, cost rates, and staffing models to assess impact on pricing and margins• Collaborate with Finance leadership on rate cards, utilization targets,
and margin drivers• Support project governance by linking financial oversight with delivery governance and risk management• Implement standardized financial processes (passthrough reviews, expense reconciliation, invoicing alignment)• Develop and deliver financial training for Cronos managers and teams• Support revenue management at the study level, including POD-based revenue recognition and margin monitoring• Serve as primary point of contact for revenue inquiries, coordinating with Sales Ops and Delivery to resolve billing and timing issues• Assist forecasting with quarterly and annual outlooks, validating contract status, FPI timing, and delivery readinessResponsabilidades xcskxlj • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field• 3 years of relevant clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills• Strong knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP)• Excellent written and verbal English communication• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies; effective in cross-cultural environments• Proficiency in IT and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to lead and influence without formal authorityRequisitos principales•
