Your main purpose
- Compensation & Reward Strategy: Support the development and continuous improvement of grading, compensation and benefits frameworks across the Group, ensuring internal consistency and market alignment; lead market benchmarking activities and translate external data into structured and commercially sound recommendations; contribute to harmonisation initiatives by identifying structural inconsistencies and proposing improvement actions aligned with business growth priorities.
- Organisational Design Support: Support organisational design discussions by assessing grading and reward implications and proposing structured alternatives where required.
- Business Partnering: Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders on compensation-related matters, providing structured and commercially sound advice within defined frameworks.
- Benefits Design, Administration & Governance: Develop and manage the Group’s benefits portfolio, ensuring relevance,
cost-efficiency and scalability across geographies; coordinate the implementation and administration of benefit programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with established frameworks; contribute to the establishment and maintenance of internal controls and governance mechanisms within compensation and benefits processes, supporting audit requirements where applicable.
- Annual Salary Review Cycle: Lead the operational execution and stakeholder training of the annual salary review cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness and alignment with approved guidelines.
- Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Own the accuracy, integrity and reporting of compensation data across the Group; develop analytical models and structured reporting to support workforce planning, budgeting and reward discussions; identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digital enhancement within the C&B; function, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you bring?
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or related reward roles.
- Exposure to structured job evaluation methodologies (Hay knowledge considered an asset).
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments.
- Strong Analytical And Modelling Capabilities (advanced Excel Required).
- Ability to handle complex stakeholder discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics or related field.
