Payroll Specialist

At Factorial, we’re looking for a new Payroll Specialist to help us boost the company to the next level.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will assist in processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will handle data entry, address employee inquiries, and maintain payroll records, working closely with the finance team.

- Payroll management using A3 innuva.
- Contract administration, including registrations, cancellations and modifications.
- Resolution of incidents related to payroll and employment contracts.
- Advising employees on issues related to payroll and benefits.
- Updated maintenance of the employee database.
- Support in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of payroll regulations and social security.
- Minimum experience of 2 years managing A3 Innuva.
- Ability to manage registrations, cancellations and variations of contracts.
- Ability to perform payroll and settlement calculations.




- Basic knowledge of taxation applied to payroll.
- Use of office tools, especially Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
