Position Overview

The Creative Service Desk Trainee supports all team members with their daily project management tasks. The trainee will be involved in projects on Global, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and APAC (Asia, Pacific) levels. The Creative Service Desk department is a key stakeholder within RHG, working with stakeholders at corporate, regional and hotel levels to ensure that all offline and online presence of RHG is on brand, relevant to market needs and updated.

Duration & Start Date

Duration: 6 months. Start Date: May 2026.

Responsibilities

- Support the Creative Service Desk department.
- Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager and Loyalty Project Manager to ensure the development of assets, copy, and quality of outcomes for B2C and loyalty campaigns.
- Manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders, responsible for agenda, minute‑taking, follow‑up and ensuring delivery dates are met.

Qualifications

- Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
- Fluent in English,



both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office expert user (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritising and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget.
- Flexible, proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Team player with a integral mindset, able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Customer oriented.
- Autonomy and a high sense of responsibility.
