As part of its growth and reorganization, our client is strengthening its Agile delivery structure across international teams (France, Ireland, Vietnam).

We are looking for Software Product Owners / Scrum Masters to support the coordination, prioritization, and delivery of embedded automotive software projects within a multi-squad environment.

Your Role

You will act as a key interface between technical teams and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth Agile execution and alignment across distributed teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Tracking sprint progress and ensuring delivery commitments
- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs
- Coordinating activities across multiple international teams
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Supporting continuous improvement of Agile processes
- Ensuring alignment between technical development and product roadmap

Profile





- Experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner in software environments
- Strong understanding of Automotive Software Development (embedded systems is a plus)
- Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments (Jira)
- Ability to interact with technical teams and understand software constraints
- Experience in multi-team / multi-country environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
