We are looking for an bEvents Assistant /b to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and high-level meetings. /ppbr/ppbWhat you’ll do: /b /pulliAssist in planning and coordinating events (workshops, conferences, meetings, study visits) /liliSupport preparation of event agendas, participant lists, and coordination materials /liliLiaise with venues, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery /liliSupport participant communication, including invitations, registrations, and follow-ups /liliAssist with travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers and participants /liliPrepare event materials (presentations, badges, agendas, visibility items) /liliProvide on-site or remote support during events, ensuring smooth coordination /liliSupport post-event activities,
