Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join Teya in Barcelona. The adecuado candidate will be fluent in Italian and English and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve escalated issues.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
