Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Kafka Engineer to operate and maintain our Kafka/Confluent clusters. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our event streaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Kafka/Confluent clusters, including brokers, topics, and partitions
Support connectors and schema registry operations
Perform performance tuning and monitoring of the Kafka ecosystem
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed messaging systems
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure platform stability





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Kafka ecosystem components: brokers, topics, partitions, connectors, and schema registry
Experience in performance tuning and monitoring of Kafka clusters
Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed messaging systems
Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Confluent platform management
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in event streaming
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
