You’ll translate business needs into practical AI features, then architect and ship production-grade AI systems that automate workflows. You lead a small, high-performance squad, mentoring engineers while hands-on coding and delivering impactful tools. - Partner with internal business leaders to audit manual processes and translate bottlenecks into AI product features
- Design, code, and deploy advanced AI systems (LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG, chatbots) at scale
- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team,
