Key Responsibilities- Assess potential new suppliers and service providers for quality and quality system capabilities for Inverters, PCBA, power electronics, Motors, PV Modules etc through the execution of on-site or desk top audits.- Conduct process audit and drive closure of all open issues by implementing effective corrective actions.- Lead 8D and 5-Why investigations to resolve supplier non-conformities (NCs) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).- Monitor supplier performance (scorecard) to drive corrective action, manufacturing yield, and field failures improvement.- Work with suppliers, product engineers, and sourcing to implement changes that will improve quality, yields and cost of the product.- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing for design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews.- Notify suppliers of customer complaints related to failures resulting from supplied material and conduct on-site investigation for root cause analysis.- Apply statistical approach and data presentation skills.- Conduct PPAP and ensure no open points before production.- Possess Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.- Have experience working with solar Inverters and knowledge of controllers, motors, PCB, PV Modules.- Show excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and convincing skills.- Have an innovative mindset.- Be proactive, self-driven,



results-seeking and enthusiastic, enjoy collaborating with integral teams, drive improvement, and take lead.Requirements- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in electrical/electronics Engineering.- More than 13 years of experience in manufacturing and quality inspection of solar Inverters and general power electronics components.- Six Sigma green belt certified.- Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, SPC, Pareto, RCA process.- Certified either as QMS, IATF, or VDA lead auditor.- Strong understanding of QMS and process automations.- Planning and prioritizing activities based on situation.- Willing to learn and adapt for process improvement.- Good command on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Proficient in English and Spanish (C1/C2).Interpersonal Skills- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong project management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.- Generate new ideas and follow through to completion.- Self-driven, self-motivated, and make responsible decisions.- Effectively interface with senior management and staff.- Superior professionalism, judgment, and strong work ethic.- Great team player and adapt to working in multicultural environments across different departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
