In this 12-month parental leave replacement, you join the Analytics & BI team in Spain to ensure high-quality, reliable data and scalable cloud data warehousing. You’ll enhance the data model landscape, design efficient structures, and help plan capacity for growth, enabling rapid insights for analysts and stakeholders. You’ll shape and extend the existing data platform, delivering high-performance ELT pipelines with a strong focus on data quality. This role offers meaningful impact by empowering teams to better serve members and partners through data.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer




• Strong SQL skills and extensive dbt experience in production (macros and custom packages)
• Experience with APIs; knowledge of LLMs and handling raw text data is a plus
• Ability to translate loosely defined business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, lakehouse) and cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud
• Experience designing and implementing real-time or streaming data architectures; familiarity with data cataloging and lineage tools
• Proven track record delivering data architecture implementations in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
