Role Overview

A global organization is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong strategic and business-oriented profile, focused on Digital Business Platforms (DBP). This role operates at enterprise level and plays a key part in driving architectural alignment, governance, and business transformation across complex general environments; acting as a bridge between business and technology.

Main Responsibilities

- Define architecture blueprints for Digital Business Platforms within R&D; environments.
- Design solutions aligned with business processes, value streams, and data models.
- Perform business capability mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with global enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Enforce architecture governance and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks.
- Define,



track, and report KPIs related to technical debt, lifecycle management, and roadmaps.
- Evaluate risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Digital Offices, and senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor Solution Architects across global initiatives.
- Act as a key architectural reference within enterprise transformation programs.
- Support and manage organizational change in large-scale, global initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

- 10+ years of experience in IT, covering enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or Digital Business Platforms.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks, especially TOGAF.
- Proven experience leading global, multicultural teams.
- Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and business orientation.
- Professional level of English (C1).

Nice to Have

- Experience in R&D;, scientific, or highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of ArchiMate. xcskxlj
- Experience working with frameworks such as:
- APQC
- SCOR
- Agile
- ITIL
- Architecture certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar).
