Your team’s focus areas will include:Driving initiatives that bring bsport into the world ofagentic AIMaintaining and evolving ourmarketing suite , including our Campaigns tool and our workflow automation toolManage our SMS, email and push notificationcommunication channels , and future integrations for new channelsHelping our studios gain a better understanding of their community by improving thefoundations of our member dataGuiding there‑architectureof some core functionalities within bsport, from our membersegmentation toolsto ourcommunications stackWhat will be your impact:As a hands‑on Engineering Manager, you will:Build and lead a high‑performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full‐lifecycles of your products (backend, front‑end,
