Experteer Overview
In this role, you will scale and embed the IMPACT continuous improvement system across 100+ sites by partnering with operations leadership and driving IMPACT culture. You act as deputy to the general IMPACT Lead, coaching teams and senior leaders to adopt and evolve CI practices. You’ll lead cross-functional alignment, benchmark performance, and integrate digital tools to accelerate value creation. This is a hands-on, coaching-driven position that shapes the global CI culture and delivers measurable EBITDA impact.

Responsabilidades




• 10-15 years of operations leadership experience with sites or regional teams (50+ employees)
• Master's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean; Green Belt or higher preferred
• Proven coaching and change management skills to influence senior leaders
• Hands-on manufacturing knowledge, ideally in general manufacturing, food, or perfumery
• Experience in a global, matrix organization with excellent English communication skills
