Experteer Overview As a Product Data Analyst, you will partner with product squads to turn data into actionable product insights that improve the user experience. You’ll own analyses end-to-end, from ideation to communicating results to senior stakeholders, and influence feature decisions through rigorous experimentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with PMs, designers, developers, and data engineers to align data with business logic and measure impact. This role offers the chance to shape product direction for hundreds of thousands of users in a multinational, collaborative team.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Generate new product feature ideas in collaboration with stakeholders and estimate potential impact
- Gather requirements from product squads and define deliverables aligned with business needs
- Own analysis end-to-end, from ideation to communicating results and making recommendations
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and other analyses to assess feature performance
- Collaborate with developers and data engineers to ensure data supports modeling and analysis




- Be involved throughout the product lifecycle to maintain a data-driven process
- Champion insights through dashboards, storytelling, and clear communication to stakeholders
- Influence product direction by validating hypotheses and proposing data-backed changesResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably tech product organizations with stakeholder contact
- Strong mathematical-statistical background
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with databases
- Proficiency in statistical programming tools (Python or R)
- Solid experience analyzing and interpreting A/B test results
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (Mixpanel, GA, Firebase)
