Experteer Overview In this hybrid role based in Barcelona, you will support day-to-day accounting operations within a global finance team. You will perform bank reconciliations, record GL entries, assist with month-end close, and manage intercompany postings and fixed assets. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable, support audits, and provide financial insights to cross-functional business units. You will drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of our shared service accounting function.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Record general ledger entries in line with policy
- Assist month-end close and GL reconciliations for accuracy
- Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation




- Collaborate with Accounts Payable on reconciliations
- Support external and internal audits
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiativesResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience
- Experience in international environments, across multiple entities
- Strong English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with focus on shared goals
