Senior Consultant Compensation, Benefits & Performance (FTC)

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant Compensation, Benefits & Performance to lead the redesign of ARIS’s reward framework in an international post‑carve‑out environment. In this high‑impact, hands‑on assignment, you will drive the creation of a clear, scalable, and market‑aligned approach to compensation, benefits, and performance management—directly supporting ARIS’s transformation and long‑term operating model.

Working closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as AON, this role sits at the heart of shaping how the organisation attracts, rewards, and develops talent globally. With end‑to‑end ownership from assessment through to implementation, this is a unique opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact within a dynamic, evolving business.

Essential Functions

- Lead the end‑to‑end redesign of Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management frameworks
- Develop and implement a clear job architecture, grading structure, and salary band framework
- Define benchmarking and market positioning in collaboration with external partners (e.g., AON)
- Structure and optimise the compensation review cycle, including governance for salary decisions and internal equity
- Design and implement a simple, scalable performance management framework
- Deliver practical,



sustainable solutions that can be embedded long‑term within the organisation
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure alignment and execution
- 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Reward Consulting
- Strong expertise in job architecture, salary banding, benchmarking, and performance management cycles
- Experience working with external reward providers (e.g., AON, Mercer, or similar)
- Proven experience operating in international environments
- Hands‑on, pragmatic, and execution‑focused mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Haves

- Experience in a post‑carve‑out or transformation environment
- Exposure to German market practices
- Experience designing scalable frameworks in complex, multi‑country organisations
