As a Senior Designer, you will drive bold, commercially effective packaging and branding design. You will translate brand strategy into visually striking concepts and manage projects end-to-end, collaborating with UK and Netherlands teams. Your work will connect brands with consumers and elevate healthcare-related initiatives through thoughtful, high-impact design. This hybrid role blends hands-on craft with cross-functional collaboration, offering meaningful opportunities to shape brands on a global stage.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar (mandatory)




• 5-7 years of agency or in-house design experience (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Hybrid role requiring occasional office trips and in-person meetings
• Strong knowledge of design and digital production deliverables
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Digital portfolio required at time of application
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with AI and keeping up with new technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• Ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver solid creative solutions
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• People skills to build client trust
• Pitch and present big ideas clearly to clients
