Claim Manager

We are looking for a Claim Manager whose main responsibilities would be:

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential claims across the TR business units, including definition of potential and actual claims strategies according to business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (contract management, project controls, delay analysis, legal, commercial) to oversee the preparation, submission, follow-up and negotiation of claims for delay and quantum.
- Assist on negotiation and settlement with clients.
- Manage all claiming process, ensuring quality and timely submission of claims.

Required profile and experience

- Professional qualification (quantity surveying or engineering).
- 10+ years in contracts and claims management with proven experience managing large-scale international projects and claims in the oil and gas/energy industry.
- Considerable experience in leading and preparing forensic claims for both delay and quantum, with strong bias on EOT claims.
- Considerable knowledge and experience of EPC contracts.
- Well-versed in delay analysis and quantum evaluation techniques according to best industry practice.




- General working knowledge of key legal principles across civil and common law jurisdictions.
- International experience a must.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to communicate clearly to interact with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Must be fluent in English (written and speaking).
- Legal formation.
- Knowledge of English law as applicable to international contracts.
