**Your next challenge** As part of our general digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and operating the cloud infrastructure that powers the **Cobee by Pluxee** **digital benefits platform.** You’ll help ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, enabling product teams to deliver value quickly and safely to millions of users worldwide. As a **Sr DevOps Engineer,** you’ll champion infrastructure as code, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design, while fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across environments. **What you’ll be doing** As a Sr DevOps Engineer, you will:Partner with engineering teams to **streamline developer experience**Solid experience operating **AWS** production environments.Strong **K****ubernetes**skills (workload orchestration, Helm charts, autoscaling, policies) and G**itOps**practices.Hands-on experience with **GitLab CI** (or similar) for building, testing, and automating deployments.Practical knowledge of **observability** (Datadog or similar) and experience managing **incident response** processes.**promoting cooperation and knowledge sharing.****Critical thinking** and problem-solving skills,
