Experteer Overview As a Customer Architect, you act as the trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning Elastic solutions with business goals and driving adoption and expansion. You work cross-functionally to define technical success plans and ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing usage journey. You apply your hands-on expertise to solve customer challenges, reduce friction, and grow ARR. This role combines technical leadership with strong collaboration and customer-facing impact, onsite with clients.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical coverage
- Define and communicate technical success plans tailored to customer goals
- Guide onboarding and adoption, continuously driving solution consumption
- Articulate Elastic value and align with customer business objectives
- Identify and remove technical frictions to enable smooth deployment
- Coordinate with support and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR and ensure ongoing value




- Maintain strong customer relationships and monitor consumption for upgrades and enhancements
- Travel onsite as required to work with customersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer roles
- Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
- Experience with Elastic Observability, Security, Enterprise Search or Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and track record of delivering innovative solutions
