WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Must Have:

- At least 2+ years of progressive people management experience.
- Experience with HR processes: talent development, performance management, recruitment cycles, and career pathing
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for general stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in HR and operational processes
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing leadership talent
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in complex, multicultural environments
- Background in HR with an interest in IT, or in IT with an interest in HR/people management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Hybrid setting in Madrid.

Nice to Have:

- Background in IT consulting or technology sectors
