to deliver strongcustomized solutions and proposals /strong /liliRepresent the company at strongindustry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings /strong /liliProvide regular reporting on strongproject pipeline, sales performance, and market insights /strong /liliCollect customer feedback and work with product teams to strongoptimize solutions for utility-scale applications /strong /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree or above in strongElectrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field /strong /liliMinimum strong5 years of experience in utility-scale solar/BESS sales /strong (must have large project experience) /liliProven track record in managing and closing stronglarge-scale solar or energy storage projects /strong /liliStrong understanding of strongPV systems, grid connection, and inverter/BESS technologies /strong /liliFamiliar with strongutility-scale project development cycle /strong, including EPC, tendering, and financing structures /liliStrong network with strongdevelopers, EPCs, or utilities /strong is highly preferred /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliProficiency in strongCRM tools and MS Office /strong /liliWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) /li /ul
