For our CIO/COO business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, an

IT Application Manager in Payments area (m/f/d)

Your tasks

- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and support of the payment systems
- Providing IT support to the business departments in the payments applications
- Responsible for keeping the applications up to date with software updates, security patches etc.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as providing support for internal and external audits
- Collaboration in payments projects and actively supporting the payments business colleagues in process optimization through automation
- Communication with service providers and software manufacturers as well as monitoring and managing respective outsourcing partners

How to convince us





- Vocational training or a degree in business administration or IT or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of 3 - 5 years with payments applications such as SEPA, SWIFT or Target2
- Basic knowledge of server administration and databases (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL) as well as SQL
- Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken Spanish and English; German knowledge would be an added advantage
