About Position

We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who can confidently work with modern infrastructure, keep systems stable at scale, and contribute to improving our reliability and automation. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and making things run smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters.
- Write and support Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Ansible.
- Own and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and FluxCD.
- Drive improvements in observability – manage Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Pingdom, and Sentry.
- Manage and monitor PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
- Handle incidents calmly and systematically, improve alerting quality, and reduce recovery time through clear processes and reliable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with backend, product & integrations teams.

What We Expect

- 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering experience.
- Real‑world experience with cloud infrastructure – AWS and Cloudflare.




- Understanding of Kubernetes and running containers in production.
- Proven use of Terraform and/or Ansible to manage infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices – GitLab CI, GitOps, automation pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Pingdom, Sentry).
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and Redis in live environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with DigitalOcean.
- Experience operating and optimizing ClickHouse in production environments.
- Experience with anti‑DDoS, censorship mitigation, or access resilience techniques.
