The client is looking for a senior finance leader who will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and transforming the FP&A function into a modern, insight-driven capability. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead a global FP&A function, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role will be instrumental in driving transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insight.This is a highly strategic role, acting as a key partner to the executive leadership team. The VP, FP&A will provide forward-looking insights to shape critical business decisions, influence strategic direction, and support enterprise-wide initiatives, while also partnering closely with functional leaders across the organization to drive performance and accountability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Financial Leadership- Lead global FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning- Partner with the CFO and executive team to support strategic decision-making and enterprise performance- Provide actionable insights to drive growth, profitability, and capital allocationFP&A Transformation & Modernization- Drive the transformation of FP&A into a forward-looking, insight-driven function- Implement AI-enabled tools, automation,
