The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel on all matters of employment law, including employee rights and obligations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, lawful termination processes, working time regulations, occupational health & safety, and the classification of personnel (employee vs. independent contractor)Draft, review, negotiate, and manage employment-related documents: contracts, service and recruitment agreements, settlements, policies, and handbooksAdvise on various commercial, corporate, and contractual arrangements; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate related legal processes(Desirable) Offer guidance on local corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and tax implicationsProfessional RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent legal degree, duly admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 5 years’ qualified legal practice,
