Would you like to work in a general, collaborative environment where technology powers the future of air travel? At Oxigent Technologies, we’re looking for a Process Transformation & Agentic Automation Consultant to join an exciting Lab research innovation Project based in Barcelona.

What will your main responsibilities be?

Operational Process Analysis

- Work with customer teams to observe and understand operational processes
- Conduct interviews and workshops
- Map processes using flow diagrams, BPMN, or similar
- Identify pain points, manual steps, communication gaps, and inefficiencies

Process Clarification

- Translate complex operations into clear documentation
- Produce visual process maps understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Align stakeholders on actual vs assumed processes

Automation & Agentic Workflow Discovery

- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-assisted decisions, and agentic workflows
- Propose concrete automation concepts
- Translate opportunities into structured implementation plans

Implementation Collaboration

- Work with product, engineering, or AI teams to implement solutions
- Support pilot deployments and refine workflows based on feedback

Knowledge Transfer

- Contribute to playbooks, automation frameworks, and training materials




- Train or coach colleagues on process discovery and automation

What will you need to succeed?

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in operations consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, or workflow automation
- Proven experience analyzing and documenting processes and facilitating workshops
- Advanced English
- Experience with at least some of: Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, IFTTT, Make (Integromat), or similar
