In this role you will manage complex syndicated loan transactions from setup to completion, coordinating between lenders, borrowers and advisors. You will oversee borrower compliance, amendments and waivers, and loan transfers, while ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met. You will train and support junior colleagues and work closely with cross-functional teams in a global, agile environment.
