Experteer Overview
In this role you help customers realize value from Workday by delivering targeted advisory services and microconsulting across their post-Go-Live journey. You act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding configuration, demonstrations, and adoption efforts to solve business needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver short, impactful engagements and contribute to new programs that promote feature adoption. This role combines hands-on Workday expertise with customer-facing delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)




• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay updated on roadmap
• Contribute to new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Offer advisory services such as Office Hours, configuration reviews, and deployment support
• Travel up to 20% as needed

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification, or ability to certify in HCM
• ability to grasp Workday concepts as new features are released
• ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
• multitasking across multiple engagements
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (advanced degree preferred)
