Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant/Analyst to join a high-impact transformation project within a leading Spanish bank.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the implementation of a Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, gaining hands‑on experience from configuration through to post go-live support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth adoption and ongoing optimisation of the platform, working closely with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- During Implementation Phase
- Support the project team in understanding the KYC/CLM tool configuration and workflows
- Assist in documenting processes, business requirements, and system functionalities
- Participate in testing activities (UAT support, defect tracking, validation)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and operational processes

- Post Go‑Live / BAU Support

- Provide first‑line support to business users of the KYC platform
- Manage and track incidents, queries, and user issues
- Liaise with the technology vendor to escalation and follow up on issues




- Ensure proper incident lifecycle management (logging, tracking, resolution, reporting)
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues or improvement areas

- Continuous Improvement

- Support the identification and implementation of enhancements and evolutions
- Contribute to improving user experience and operational efficiency
- Assist in defining and documenting new requirements or change requests
- Participate in ongoing optimisation of KYC/CLM processes

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Essential
- 0–2 years of experience (consulting, banking, or similar environments preferred)
- Strong interest in financial services, compliance, and regulatory processes (KYC/AML)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Desirable

- Exposure to KYC, AML, onboarding, or CLM processes
- Experience in projects or system implementations
- Familiarity with tools such as Fenergo or similar platforms (not required but a plus)
- Basic understanding of incident management or support processes
