In this role, you will lead third-party and business resilience audits to strengthen Ebury’s risk posture. You will shape the assurance strategy with the Head of Internal Audit and develop a continuous third-party monitoring framework. You collaborate across functions to embed risk considerations and stay ahead of evolving regulations. It’s a high-impact, autonomous position in a fast-growing fintech environment with a clear focus on resilience and regulatory compliance. You will help safeguard general operations and enable sustainable growth.

• Plan, execute, and report on risk-based audits focused on third-party management, outsourcing governance, operational resilience and business continuity
• Design and implement a continuous third-party risk monitoring framework emphasizing regulatory and contractual obligations
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with business functions to support a collaborative audit practice
• Partner in annual risk assessment and audit planning with senior audit leadership




• Enhance audit methodology with third-party risk considerations and promote continuous improvement
• Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on resilience and technology risk
• Research emerging technologies and controls to evolve the audit approach

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in internal audit, risk, or assurance within financial services
• Demonstrated third-party/vendor risk management and assurance review experience
• Experience in IT, information security, and operational risk in the first or second line of defense
• Knowledge of operational resilience regulations (e.g., FCA, DORA)
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and insightful audit reports
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACA, CISA or equivalent
• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) considered a plus
