We are looking for a Senior IT Payments Consultant with strong experience in project management and payment technologies to lead strategic initiatives within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of payment-related projects
- Define project scope, risks, and delivery plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external vendors
- Design As-Is and To-Be processes aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Oversee testing phases (SIT/UAT) and production deployments
- Provide BAU support and troubleshoot complex payment-related issues

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in IT projects, preferably in payments
- Knowledge of payment standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT)
- Experience in regulated banking environments
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, scripting)
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
