Responsibilities

- Oversee delivery and outcomes across multiple engineering teams.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to set vision and direction for the team or group of product teams.
- Directly manage engineers, tech leads, and a group of engineers.
- Drive a customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Continuously improve build environment and processes.
- Align technology direction within your area with other areas and overall company direction.
- Represent engineering in key initiatives and projects, ensuring delivery.
- Design organization, set objectives, and hold high standards in people, delivery, and technology.

Qualifications

- Strong passion for people management, helping teams grow and ship great software.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams,



aligning engineering with product and business goals.
- Comfort in designing and optimizing teams and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Technical background, able to join technical discussions and stakeholder meetings to remove roadblocks.
