- Define and drive the DevOps strategy, architecture, and tooling for Claims u0026 Retail platforms
- Design and evolve scalable, secure, highly available cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Proven experience designing and managing cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Strong expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.G., Dynatrace) and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, security standards, and compliance frameworks
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams
