Account Executive to drive growth through innovative advertising solutions in Spain. Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential customers through a mix of warm and cold outreach (there are sales development representatives to do prospecting as well) Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure Present tailored advertising strategies aligned with customer marketing objectives Understand customer goals and challenges, using data to create compelling value-driven solutions Conduct regular meetings to review campaign performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Act as a product expert,



advising on advertising solutions and best practices Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems such as Salesforce Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales performance.

Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish level of C2 and English at C1 (written and spoken) Experience in digital advertising sales or account management is highly desirable Experience with outbound sales and managing a client portfolio Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or similar Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona Base salary with a performance-based bonus Continuous training, certifications, and sales development programs Supportive team culture with coaching and professional development.
