Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape secure, modern IT environments by deploying and managing endpoint technologies in a remote-first setting. You collaborate with security to harden devices, plan Microsoft 365 solutions, and drive automation to improve end-user experiences. You’ll work across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, contributing to the company’s transformation of the workplace. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on reliability and security of everyday tools and services.

• Administer endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop; troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with IT security on hardening, vulnerability management, and patching
• Consult, plan, and implement Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions
• Develop and optimize automation scripts (PowerShell and/or Bash)
• Package, deploy,



and troubleshoot software for Windows and macOS
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
• Deliver training sessions for end users and internal IT staff

Responsabilidades
• Degree or vocational training in IT or related field
• Hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
• Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other Microsoft 365/Entra products is a plus
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator) and experience with Qualys Cloud Platform are preferred
• Analytical, solution-oriented, proactive, service-focused
• Strong English communication skills (German a plus)
