The ideal candidate for our new MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE is a driven team player and has experience serving cocktails and special drinks. The Bartender ensures all guests are served drinks or food within the bar in a friendly and efficient manner in accordance with company standards. You welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and sincere manner and ensure all guests approaching the Bar counter are acknowledged and served. You prepare cocktails and special drinks and follow up with spot checks to ensure a consistent quality of drinks is guaranteed. You ensure that the Bar area is prepared correctly for service. The Bartender has a complete knowledge of F&B service techniques, all menus,
