Experteer Overview As Global Process Expert you drive excellence and standardization across Lead-to-Cash globally, designing and governing end-to-end processes from leads to invoicing. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT and Digital Transformation to implement tools, automate workflows and leverage AI to boost efficiency and customer experience. You’ll establish global policies, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities. - Design and implement an optimized operating model for Lead-to-Cash
- Gather and analyse stakeholder requirements from business and Shared Service Center
- Assess current workflows to identify automation and standardization opportunities
- Document, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change mgmt.)
- Define E2E process KPIs and adoption metrics
- Support rollout of new business applications and process management tools




- Drive policy governance, audit response, and change management
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and monitor performance
- Assist in transitioning activities to shared service centers and conduct workforce analysisResponsabilidades
- Several years of international experience in global companies with E2E L2C processes
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end AR processes and Quote-to-Order improvements
- Experience with a shared service model and transformation
- Knowledge of process management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with SAP Signavio and SAP ECC/SAP S/4; CRM tools like MS Dynamics or equivalents
- Understanding of AI, machine learning and generative AI in business
