About Our client:

Our client is a fast-growing MedTech company that builds a real-time surgical collaboration platform to support surgical procedures remotely worldwide in real time.

Their tech is used in 2,000+ medical centers across 100+ countries, partnering with enterprise companies.

They’re a small, agile 25-person team creating hardware-software systems that change how surgery is taught and performed.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Mobile Engineer to work across iOS and Android, and who could support with full‑stack work too for both backend and frontend.

You’ll help build real‑time video and communication features for surgeons and experts globally.

What You’ll Do:

- Build mobile apps for live surgical sessions
- Develop web dashboards and monitoring tools




- Work on real‑time systems (WebRTC, SignalR)
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
- Extend our platform via a desktop app
- Maintain backend services on Azure

The idóneo candidate has experience with:

- Mobile development on iOS & Android
- Experience with real‑time systems and streaming
- Systems thinker who can debug end‑to‑end
- Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools responsibly
- Full stack development experience across frontend, mobile, and backend

Location:

Hybrid set up in Barcelona office. 2-3 days per week at the office.
