Adrian Magnus is an international company dedicated to the production and distribution of premium cigars.We operate both as a manufacturer and a commercial distributor, working with high-quality products sourced from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.We are currently expanding our sales team in Spain and are looking for sales agents in several cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, the Basque Country, and Valencia).We are looking for dynamic sales agents to sell premium cigars to tobacco shops, specialized stores, lounges, and professional clients in the sector. The agent will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, acquiring new clients, and managing the existing portfolio.Main responsibilities:Develop sales within the assigned territoryConduct client visitsAcquire new clientsManage and follow up on ordersMaintain commercial relationshipsReport sales activityAchieve sales targetsRepresent the brand in the marketRequirements:High or native level of SpanishMinimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of physical productsDriving licenseResults-oriented commercial profileStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independentlyWork model and mobility:The candidate will have two options for carrying out commercial activities:Use of a company car for professional purposesUse of a personal vehicle with travel expenses covered by the company (according to internal policy)Nice to have:Experience in tobacco, premium beverages, horeca, or luxury sectorsExisting client portfolioExperience as a field sales agentKnowledge of the local marketCompany car available from day oneCompany fuel card with a monthly limitDaily allowances / travel expensesProduct and sales trainingOpportunities for professional growthEarning potential of approx. €3,200 per month, with the possibility to reach up to €7,000 for top performersFixed salary: €1,500 gross per monthCommission of 5-10% based on sales performanceWe look forward to meeting you!
